Cauldron Pendant
The cauldron represents the womb of the Goddess and cauldron lore is widespread and ancient. The Celtic cauldrons of regeneration came from beneath the seas and places like the Corryvreckan (Coirebreachan) Whirlpool in Scotland are described as cauldrons ~ Coirebreachan being the Cauldron of the Cailleach.
The cauldron has long been associated with witches and is a pre-cursor to the grail myth cycle ~ a vessel where magical transformations take place.
This pewter cauldron pendant is decorated with a pentagram and a black glass orb. It measures 37x32mm and comes with a 70cm black cotton cord self-tie necklace.
